I think pregnancy sometimes does cause such incident to happen but i guess it is based on how individual systems work. Some people just automatically slim down without much scars left and some leaves a huge scar. I saw my mom with that kinda scar but obviously she went for Marie France Bodyline. =)

Wow, it's good to see that some people out there actually care about the environment. I recycle and switched to veganism two months ago. I am sure it would, but as I have said in several videos I am not having kids. If we decide to have them (we plan not to) we had already decided long ago we would adopt because there are too many children in the world who need homes. It would be irresponsible for us to bring another into the world. We recycle everything and my hubby works on alternative fuels, why not take it a step further?

You are an inspiration to me since I am just starting the pre-op liquid diet and my surgeon told me this week that she wants me to lose 45 lbs. before she will submit my paperwork for surgery approval. Anything is possible but this is performed on muscle, skin and fat NOT the reproductive organs. Having said that, we usually perform this operation on women whose pregnancy caused this condition and do not wish to have any more children. IF you plan on having children, wait until you are done then consider the procedure. But for your information, I have had women successfully have children after the procedure with the natural consequences of stretching the skin and the repair.

We usually use permanent sutures but their effects are not always permanent. This may be difficult to understand but imagine grafting two tree limbs together. You need permanent duct tape to hold them until they "heal" together. Eventually you don't need the tape even though it is considered permanent. This is similar to the muscles. The permanent stitches hold them together until they heal & stay together. However, if you gain weight or become pregnant the muscles can separate. Is that clear?

wow, similar story. @25 I started to jog and could barely do a block. Then got to a 1K for a month, 5K for a few months, started to run it and sprint in the end, then pushed that one day to 16km non-stop and could run (12km/h+) more but kept pulling a muscle. I was hitting the gym 4hrs/day min. Weights (not to get big but get a lean build). That year I dropped from 300 to 184 lbs. I was pretty much 195-225 all my high school life. There some things you can't reverse.
